Ari Fleischauer

Ari Fleischauer serves as vice president of human resources for Radiology Partners.

Having cut her teeth working in the hyper dynamic labor environment of Silicon Valley, Ari was launched onto a path that has led to her having accountability for service delivery across the whole human resources landscape. Previously, she held roles at National Semiconductor, where she learned process management at a large scale. Ari then served as a senior leader for a highly successful brokerage house in San Francisco, where she decided excellent, compassionate service would be her “north star.” Eventually, she made her way to Los Angeles and held fast-paced positions in media and entertainment, learning first-hand how to handle the complexities of a high powered, diverse workforce – specifically around compensation and benefits. Combining her extensive background with her sincere belief in the value of service ultimately culminated with Ari becoming the most senior human resources leader at Radiology Partners. At Radiology Partners, Ari has become a key contributor to the M&A process, the overall plan for strategic employee development and a value key business partner in transforming radiology.

Ari received her bachelor’s degree in social psychology and business from California Polytechnic State University.
