Christian began their career in 1994 as a Critical Care & Post Open Heart Surgery Home Health Care Staff RN at HCA, where they provided care to patients in critical care units and post open heart surgery.

In 1996, Christian joined Urology Health Center as an Ambulatory Surgery Center Staff RN and Intern Supervisor, where they delivered preoperative, inter-operative, and post-operative nursing care in the outpatient surgery setting.

From 1998 to 2006, they worked at BayCare Health System as an Interventional Radiology, Critical Care, and Open Heart Unit Staff RN. Currently, Christian holds the position of Director of Practice Optimization Deployment at Radiology Partners. Christian'sresponsibilities include deployment and implementation of workflow tools, clinical programs, and initiatives aimed at improving radiologist quality, efficiency, and work satisfaction.
