Caren Weakley

Caren Weakley serves as senior vice president and general counsel for Radiology Partners. An executive with a unique combination of legal, business and leadership experience, Caren joined RP in 2019 as managing general counsel, risk.

Previously, she served as general counsel, operations, for a publicly-traded healthcare company and she has expertise in areas such as operations support, litigation, enterprise risk management, corporate insurance, crisis management, investigations, compliance, internal audit, privacy, M&A diligence and support, complex contractual negotiations and law department management. Additionally, Caren previously served as a business leader in charge of national clinical strategy and clinical operations.

Caren earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA and graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. She also attended the Hudson Institute and is a certified leadership coach.
