Chelsea Carmen has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Chelsea started their career at Healthcare Support Staffing in 2008 as an Account Manager and worked there until 2010. Chelsea then joined Weill Cornell Medical College in 2010 as a Business Development professional, responsible for increasing the outpatient imaging market share. After working at Weill Cornell for four years, Chelsea joined Radiology Partners in 2015 as a Communications - Social Media specialist. In this role, they oversee the company's interactions with the public on social media platforms and implements content strategies to build community online. Chelsea analyzes engagement data, identifies trends, and plans digital campaigns to enhance stakeholder interactions.

Chelsea Carmen attended the University of Florida from 2003 to 2007. Chelsea received a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
