Chelsea Pennington has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare and fitness industries. Chelsea started their career as a Building Supervisor at YMCA of Central Ohio from September 2011 to September 2014, where they managed operations, employees, and membership holders, while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Chelsea then transitioned into the healthcare field, working as a Unit Coordinator at Mount Carmel Health System from August 2014 to June 2015.

Chelsea further developed their expertise by serving as a Radiology Technologist at Adena Health System from August 2015 to September 2016, and later at Nationwide Children's Hospital from January 2016 to May 2018.

In 2018, Chelsea joined Radiology Partners and held multiple positions. Chelsea initially served as a Clinical Communication Specialist from May 2018 to May 2019. Then, they were promoted to Team Supervisor of CORE, a role they held from May 2019 to November 2021. Currently, they are working as the Manager of CORE, a position they took on in November 2021.

Chelsea Pennington has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Ohio University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Shawnee State University which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Chelsea also holds the certification of Registered Technologist - Radiography (RTS) from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), which they obtained in May 2015.
