Physician Support Assistant at Radiology Partners

Emelio Jackson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in radiology and information systems. Emelio started their career at Hartford Hospital in 2016, where they held the positions of Radiology Information Systems Analyst and Picture Archiving And Communication System Administrator. In these roles, Emelio was responsible for managing the PACS and RIS infrastructure and application environments, as well as developing and installing Diagnostic Radiology Information Systems.

In 2017, Emelio joined Yale New Haven Hospital as a Radiology Technician. Emelio worked in this role until December 2020, gaining valuable experience in conducting radiology procedures.

More recently, in 2020, Emelio joined Radiology Partners as a Physician Support Assistant.

Prior to their healthcare career, Emelio worked as an Administrator at the Ministry of National Security Jamaica from 2008 to 2015.

Emelio Jackson completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from the University of Technology, Jamaica, between 2008 and 2011. Emelio then pursued an Associate's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at The University of Queensland from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, in 2020, they received a Certification in Radiology PACS Imaging from OTech Imaging.
