John Jerant

John Jerant has extensive work experience in the IT field. John started their career in 2004 as a Summer Intern at Agere Systems Inc, where they worked as a Local Area Network Analyst. In 2007, they joined Lehman Brothers as a Help Desk Agent, providing technical support to users. From 2008 to 2012, John worked at T-Mobile USA as a Senior Tech Care Specialist.

In 2012, John joined Olympus Corporation of the Americas as an ITS Client Services Specialist, supporting various hardware and software systems. John later took on the role of Service Consultant I in the Medical Service Group and then Sales Support Rep II.

In 2020, John joined Andesa Services, Inc. as a Senior Technical Operations Specialist. John'sresponsibilities included creating and maintaining virtual machines, assisting with server installations and upgrades, deploying user hardware, integrating employee-owned devices with DUO mobile, and providing technical support. John also served as a System Administrator for SCCM/MECM, designing and implementing SCCM environments, coordinating application deployments, and providing training.

Currently, John is working as a System Administrator SCCM at Radiology Partners.

John Jerant attended Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2005 to 2007, but did not receive a degree or focus on a specific field of study during that time. Later, they returned to Lehigh Carbon Community College to pursue a field of study in Information Systems Networking, although the exact dates of this study are unknown.
