Joshua Werner has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT support. Joshua began their career as a Technology Specialist at OfficeMax, where they assisted customers with purchasing tech products and provided troubleshooting for computers, printers, and other devices. Joshua then moved on to Northwestern Mutual as an Application Developer/Support Specialist, where they provided support and development for network illustration systems. Joshua later joined Société Générale as a Desktop Support Technician, providing support for software and hardware installations and troubleshooting various desktop PC-related issues. Joshua then worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Desktop Service Technician, where they installed and deployed PCs and managed virtual machines via VMware. At the American Massage Therapy Association, they worked as a Help Desk Support Technician, managing the helpdesk system and providing training and assistance with technical issues. Joshua also gained experience as an IT Support Specialist at Erie Family Health Center, providing tier 2 support and system configuration for the organization. Most recently, they have been working as an IT Support Analyst II at Radiology Partners.

Joshua Werner attended Thornwood Highschool from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a field of study in General Studies. Later, from 2010 to 2014, they attended Cardinal Stritch University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Game and Interactive Media Design.
