Mackson Sylvestre has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and countries. Mackson started their career at VOLKSWAGEN R&D Center in Germany in 1998, where they worked on an engineering project for the duration of six months. Following this, they joined BMW R&D Center in Germany in 1999, working as an R&D Engineer, specifically focusing on seat and seatbelt testing. After that, they worked at Haiti State University as an Engineering Faculty Member and Didactic Elements Project Coordinator from 2000 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Stratix Corporation in Georgia, where they served as a FEMA TAV Team member for Government Services until 2008. In 2011, they joined Radiology Partners, formerly known as ARIS Radiology/US Teleradiology, as a Clinical Communications Specialist. Lastly, they are currently the owner of TUPSERV Consulting, LLC.

Mackson Sylvestre pursued their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Statistics. Prior to their studies in the United States, Mackson attended the University of Duisburg-Essen between 1992 and 1998. Mackson completed their undergraduate education there and earned a Diploma in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Energy Systems.
