Michael Andorfer has an extensive work history spanning several industries and roles. Michael started their career at Motorola in 1992 as a Lead Software Engineer before moving on to Compuware Corporation as a Consultant in 1998. From 1999 to 2009, they worked at Robert W. Baird as an Application Development Manager, overseeing teams of developers and project managers. In 2009, they joined MillerCoors as a Senior Project Manager, leading a team through the implementation of an Identity Access Management solution. In 2010, they briefly worked at Rockwell Automation as a Technology Leader, managing technical and project management teams. The same year, they transitioned to Duncan Solutions as a Director of Product Management, Manager of Application Services, and Manager of Application Support, where they led a team of technical professionals and implemented technology solutions for business problems. Michael then joined CoreLogic in 2015 as a Software Technical Manager. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Merge Healthcare, an IBM Company, as a Director of Product Development for Merge Cardio and Merge Hemo. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Radiology Partners, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills in various software engineering and product development roles.
Michael Andorfer completed their education with a degree in Software Engineering from the National Technological University, where they pursued a Master of Software Systems Engineering (MSSE) from 1993 to 1996. Before that, they studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1987 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). In addition to their formal education, Michael obtained the IBM Agile Explorer certification from IBM in June 2018.
