Manager, IT Process Improvement at Radiology Partners

Rebekah Brock's work experience begins in 2010 as a Quality Control Specialist at BJU Press Distance Learning. In 2013, they worked as an Advancement Office Call Center Specialist at Bob Jones University until 2015. Rebekah also served as a JH Assistant Volleyball Coach at Schaumburg Christian School for a short period in 2015. In the same year, they worked as a Data Entry Clerk on the Implementation Team at Paylocity. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Blue Inc. and as a Digital Account Manager at American Marketing & Publishing, LLC. In 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Aerotek.

From 2019 to the present, Rebekah has been working at Radiology Partners, starting as an Executive Administrative Assistant, where they managed various administrative projects and provided support for multiple executives. Rebekah then transitioned to a Process Improvement Specialist role in 2021, where they evaluated and implemented improvements in business processes and practices. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Process Improvement Specialist and in 2023, they became the Manager of IT Process Improvement. In their current role, Rebekah oversees all disciplines and practices for RP's Process Improvement team, manages the migration of practices into ServiceNow, and monitors and improves service management practices in delivering IT services. Rebekah also contributes to RP's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care.

Rebekah Brock holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre Arts from Bob Jones University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and several course certificates from LinkedIn Learning in areas such as Adobe Captivate, presentation design, event planning, management, marketing, strategic planning, creativity, Excel, human resources, and time management.
