Bartosz Janikowski

Bartosz Janikowski is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and maintenance across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering and Maintenance at Radiometer since July 2021, Bartosz leads significant projects including a consolidation initiative and the implementation of a maintenance management software system. Prior to this role, Bartosz held the position of Manager of Maintenance at sia Abrasives, overseeing the transfer and installation of production machines from Switzerland to Poland and leading multiple engineering projects. Bartosz also has experience as a Senior Engineer at Radiometer Solutions, managing production process transfers, and as Production Lead Engineer at Bridgestone, supervising the installation of tire production lines and managing departmental budgets. Bartosz holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in polymer processing from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
