Rajat Mehta

Rajat Mehta serves as the Senior Director of R&D in the Acute Care Diagnostics business unit at Radiometer since November 2020, leading a team of over 75 people across multiple countries and focusing on customer-driven solutions in point-of-care diagnostics. Previously, Rajat held the position of Director of R&D at Radiometer, overseeing the Systems Engineering group within the Immunoassay business unit, and has extensive experience in leadership roles at various organizations, including serving as Head of Fitting Solutions at Oticon Medical and Co-Founder of June Software. Educational qualifications include advanced business coursework from DTU and Harvard Business School Online, along with a Master's in Computer Applications and other relevant degrees in software engineering. Rajat is also active as a coach and mentor for professionals seeking personal and career growth.
