Bill Conway

Director of Systems at Radiometrics

Bill has over 30 years of professional experience including meteorological systems design, sales, project management, systems build out and implementation, operational forecasting, and meteorological software and algorithm design and development.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology from Metro State College, Denver and a Master of Science degree in meteorology from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, with specializations in weather radar meteorology and severe storms. Bill is also an AMS Certified Consulting Meteorologist.

Bill worked at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, the National Severe Storms Laboratory in Norman, and Aeromet on Kwajalein Atoll. Bill co-founded Weather Decision Technologies in 2000 and founded Weather Decision Support Systems, International in 2017.

Bill has authored/co-authored many publications on several diverse topics, received several awards, co-owns two patents related to dual-polarization weather radar data processing, and is an avid storm chaser.
