Matti Kainuharju

Matti Kainuharju is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and engineering. Currently serving as CEO and Board Member at Radioul Oy since August 2023, Kainuharju has also held the position of Board Member at NetSono Ltd since May 2015. Previously, Kainuharju was the General Manager of the Finland Design Center at Flex from October 2018 to August 2023, and the CEO, Board Member, and Design Engineer at Esju Oy from June 1993 to August 2023. Kainuharju holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Oulu and a Managing Director Diploma in Business, Strategy, and Leadership from Toimitusjohtajakoulu.
