Helen Lazenby

Helen Lazenby has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Helen began their career as a Trainee Personnel Officer at GPT Ltd in 1994. Helen then worked as a Human Resources Officer at Keane Ltd from 1996 to 2003. Following that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Officer at Rolls-Royce plc and Haswell Consulting Engineers / Severn Trent Water Ltd from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Radis Community Care as an HR Manager and quickly advanced to the role of Head of HR, where they currently work. Helen has been instrumental in establishing Radis as a leading provider of community-based social care and support.
