Jong Hyun Park is a data scientist at Radish. Jong was previously a police sergeant with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, where they were responsible for guarding ambassadors and employees of foreign embassies and consulates in Korea. Jong also worked as a research assistant at Nanyang Technological University, where they ran a thermodynamic simulation of hydrogenation of glucose to sorbitol on Ruthenium catalyst on VASP using DFT. Prior to that, they interned at The Boston Consulting Group, where they conducted phone interviews with former senior engineers in four leading companies in the medical imaging industry in order to benchmark their production processes and corporate structures for a client.

Jong then attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art for their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering and their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. Jong Hyun Park then attended Georgia Institute of Technology for their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science. Jong Hyun Park has also received certifications from Coursera in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing with Classification and Vector Spaces, and Practical Time Series Analysis.
