Shanika Powell

Shanika Powell is an experienced content strategist and producer with a diverse background in media and entertainment. Currently serving as a Content Strategy & Operations Associate at Radish Fiction since May 2022, Shanika supports various teams in content curation, including story sourcing and A/B testing. Previously, Shanika held multiple roles at Peloton Interactive from February 2019 to March 2022, including Segment Producer and Coordinating Producer, where contributions included curating features like Peloton Picks and ensuring smooth class productions. Shanika's earlier experience includes positions at CNN in guest booking and headline news production, as well as producing and directing for various indie projects, including podcasts and web series. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Macaulay Honors College and a Bachelor's degree from Hunter College, both in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
