Anaida Ayrapetova

Anaida Ayrapetova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Area HR Director for Radisson Hotel Group overseeing Eastern Europe, Russia, and Turkey since September 2022. Prior experience includes managerial roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where Anaida advanced from Learning & Development Manager for Europe to Director of Human Resources, focusing on the pre-opening of several luxury properties. Notable achievements also include leading HR operations at Accor's large hotel complex, and successfully managing HR projects for Sberbank's hotel complex.
