Narmada Weerasinghe

Narmada Weerasinghe is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources and Learning & Development Manager at Radisson Hotel Group since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Executive at The Golden Crown Hotel from May 2017 to January 2022 and at The Kandy Hotels Co. PLC from April 2013 to May 2017. Narmada began a career in the finance sector as a Trainee Banking Assistant at the Bank of Ceylon in 2011. Narmada is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Psychology at London Metropolitan University, expected to complete in August 2024. Narmada also holds an Advanced Certificate in Business Psychology from IIHE and a Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), completed in October 2020. Educational background includes studies at Govt. Science College Matale from 2003 to 2007.
