Panagiotis Cousis

Panagiotis Cousis has extensive experience in revenue management and systems within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Director Revenue Systems for EMEA at Radisson Hotel Group since March 2018. In this role, Panagiotis leads a team of 20 specialists and oversees revenue management for approximately 650 hotels across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on optimizing commercial strategies to maximize revenue potential. Prior positions at Radisson include Director and Manager of Revenue Systems, where responsibilities encompassed rate and channel management, distribution optimization, and supporting hotel onboarding. Previous experience with Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group includes roles as Analysis & Inventory Manager and Inventory Manager, managing teams and hotels in Central and Southern Europe. Panagiotis began his career with Park Inn by Radisson Frankfurt Airport, progressing through various roles in reservations and front office operations, complemented by a degree in hotel management.
