Shagufta Latif Shaikh

Shagufta Latif Shaikh is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group since October 2022, after holding the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this, Shagufta's career at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek spanned over a decade, where roles included Human Resources Manager, Assistant Manager of Human Resources, and Learning and Development Specialist, among others. Shagufta's earlier experience includes positions at Global Hotels Management, Al Jawhara Group of Hotels & Apartments, and Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC. Academically, Shagufta is pursuing a Master's Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Cornell University and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Himalayan University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
