Sudeshna Santra

Sudeshna Santra is currently serving as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Radisson Hotel Group, focusing on Talent Management since January 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Front Office Associate during the pre-opening phase at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa from January 2022 to May 2023, as well as completing industrial training at Taj Hotels, where responsibilities spanned Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Food Production from November 2019 to March 2020. Sudeshna also gained practical experience through an On the Job Training program at IndiSmart Hotel and a Casual Training stint at JW Marriott in December 2018.
