Burak YILDIZ has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Burak began their career as a Front Desk Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott in 2007. In 2010, they became the General Manager at Travelodge Hotels Limited, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations and served as the Sales Director for an area heavily reliant on tour bus business. Burak then joined Aaron's, Inc in 2011 as a Sales Manager, successfully managing store operations and implementing a customer appreciation program. Burak later worked at Hilton Phoenix Suites from 2012 to 2015 as a Night Audit Manager, where they represented the management team, resolved guest and internal issues, and ensured smooth hotel operations. From 2015 to 2018, Burak served as the Assistant General Manager at Rodeway Inn. Currently, they hold the position of General Manager at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, starting in 2018.

Burak YILDIZ completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern New Hampshire University between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they attended Cukurova University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in German Language Teacher Education. In terms of additional certifications, Burak received the Microsoft Excel© for Accounting certification from Wiley in February 2022, the Coaching and Mentoring certification from AICPA in January 2022, and the Certificate of Achievement from Wyndham Worldwide in October 2010.
