Marty Dize

Marty Dize has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Marty started their career as a Night Manager at Dunes Manor Hotel in 1994 and quickly progressed to higher positions while putting himself through college. In 1997, they joined Paramount Hotels and stayed with them after they acquired the Susse Chalet chain. During their time at Paramount Hotels, they renovated hotels into Fairfield Inn by Marriott and received training with Marriott. In 2001, Marty joined Hudson Hotels Corporation as a GM and held this position until 2003. Marty then worked as a General Manager at Tharaldson Hospitality Management from 2003 to 2005. Marty's next role was as a District Manager at Extended Stay America from 2005 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales at Country Inns & Suites By Carlson, starting in 2014.

Marty Dize attended Wor-Wic Community College from 1994 to 1997, where they earned an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to this, Marty Dize attended Crisfield High School, though the specific dates and degrees attained are unknown.
