Shailendra Yadav

Shailendra Yadav is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Chief Architect at Radisys Corporation since January 2023, focusing on 5G, CBRS, and O-RAN standards. Previous roles include Principal Engineer at CommScope, where Shailendra contributed to defining algorithms for 5G SA RAN and played a significant role in O-RAN working groups. Earlier positions include a Sr. Architect role at Radisys, Director of Technology at Altran, and various engineering positions at Aricent, Sasken, and Ericsson, showcasing a comprehensive background in system engineering, algorithm development, and network optimization. Shailendra holds a Master’s Degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications from Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College.
