Meghan West

Meghan West serves as the Contract Director of Sales at Radium, where responsibilities include leading go-to-market and early revenue initiatives for an AI Cloud platform designed for the Generative AI lifecycle. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Sales Development at RunPod, where Meghan established the Sales Development function, recruited a high-performing team, and implemented AI-driven strategies. At Ionic, Meghan directed the SDR organization through a growth phase that culminated in a successful acquisition and developed performance-driven sales systems. Additional roles encompass various sales and management positions at JumpCrew, Ncontracts, Vertava Health, Kaplan College, and The Buckle, Inc. Meghan holds a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Merchandising from Central Michigan University.
