John Walters

John Walters has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. John began their career at BAE Systems in 1994 as an Aircraft Fitter, eventually moving up to the role of Cell Supervisor and then Manufacturing Manager for Typhoon Assys. John joined Rolls-Royce in 2012 as a Shift Manager in CLE Experimental Engine Assembly. In 2014, they returned to BAE Systems as the Hawk Operations Manager, followed by the role of T-X Manufacturing Operations Lead and Operations Manager. John then transitioned to Ultimate Leisure Homes LTD in 2018 as the Factory Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Radius Aerospace since 2019.
