Emma Quinn

As Group HR Director, Emma has responsibility for defining and leading the people strategy of the organisation in collaboration with the Chief Executive and senior team colleagues. She supports the Group in all aspects of human resource management which drive the continued and successful expansions in to new continents such as supporting M&A, talent acquisition and people development. Operationally minded and commercially oriented, Emma supports the senior leadership team in dealing with HR matters across global and cultural boundaries. Emma successfully partners the business by demonstrating a high level of commercial awareness on those challenges faced by the business in its drive for continued growth.

Emma joined Radius Payment Solutions in 2012. A Loughborough University graduate, Emma obtained a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2006 and has more than twenty years of experience in people management, appointment of senior positions, change management and employment law.

Emma leads a 9 strong global HR team who focus on talent acquisition and succession planning, employee relations and training and development.
