Lupita Lennan

Lupita Lennan serves as the Director of Human Resources at National Assets Recovery Services since April 2011, overseeing HR strategy for over 1000 employees and managing a team of 17 HR professionals. Prior to this role, Lupita worked as Human Resources Manager at Brinks Inc., where responsibilities included managing human resources functions for more than 250 employees and handling union-related communications. Lupita also held various HR management positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Regional Human Resources Manager, where oversight extended to multiple sites across six countries. Lupita holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Spelman College, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University, and a high school diploma from Colegio Episcopal de Panama.
