Rafi Vartanian

Rafi Vartanian has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2004, they held various positions and responsibilities in Sales Leadership at Merck for a decade. Following that, Rafi served as the Director of Business Development at Barlow Respiratory Hospital, where they launched a value-based contracting strategy and collaborated with hospital administration to improve the post-acute care system. Subsequently, they joined Kindred Healthcare as the Area Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing five Post-Acute Care hospitals and achieving significant top-line growth through strategic partnerships with renowned healthcare institutions. Rafi then moved on to become a Board Advisor at Dignity Health Medical Foundation, providing valuable guidance until 2021. Afterward, they joined Vifor Pharma as the Associate Director of Strategic Insights & Analytics before assuming the role of Senior Division Sales Manager. In 2021, Rafi became the Head of Sales at CustomerInsights.AI, where they led sales efforts until 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Business Director at Radius Health, Inc.

Rafi Vartanian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from American InterContinental University, earned between 1991 and 1996. Additionally, Rafi attained a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern California, completed between 2014 and 2016.
