Natalia Klafke

Natalia Klafke's work experience begins in 2006 as a Process Engineer Intern at Innova. Natalia then joins Chemtech as a Process Engineer until 2010. In 2010, they start working at Radix Engineering and Software as a Project Engineer. Natalia later becomes a Project Coordinator and then a Project Manager, responsible for multiple projects for O&G customers until 2022. In 2016, they join Radix Engenharia e Software as the Upstream Program Manager, leading a 60-person technical team and managing the P&L for the Upstream Area until 2022. Currently, Natalia is the Head of Energy Business North America at Radix Engineering and Software, responsible for integrating digital and engineering solutions for major companies in the energy industry.

Natalia Klafke completed a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Natalia then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical and Biochemical Processes at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
