Krupa Patel

Krupa Patel is an experienced design professional with a strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex design projects. Currently serving as Design Lead at RDX Works Ltd since July 2022, Krupa has effectively built and mentored a collaborative design team while developing design systems in partnership with product design. Previously, as Lead Digital Designer at Reachdesk, key accomplishments included overseeing a rebrand and collaborating on strategic planning. Krupa’s career also includes significant roles such as Senior Graphic Designer at Alfa Financial Software and Graphic Designer at Schuco International, where project management and stakeholder collaboration were essential. Early career experience includes positions as a Design Executive and graphic design intern, alongside a foundational role as a Sales Associate at kate spade new york. Krupa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Arts University Bournemouth and completed a course at General Assembly in 2017.
