Jillian Jarvinen

Jillian Jarvinen is an experienced professional with a background in human resources, operations, and business development within financial services. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources and Transformation leader at Radix Trading LLC since March 2020, Jillian previously held positions in alternative lending at Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation and management and operations at Roy Talman & Associates, a premier executive search firm. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Operations at BCKSTGR Media, Assistant Director of Business Development at Horizon Cash Management, and positions at Citadel Investment Group and Geduld Capital Management. Jillian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2003.
