Endrit Pllashniku

Endrit Pllashniku has worked in various roles since 2014. Endrit began their career as a Research Assistant for Dr. Claude Barfiled at the American Enterprise Institute in 2014. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at several organizations including Gearsup Solutions, Balkan Sunflowers, Riinvest Institute, Riinvest Consulting, Kolegji Riinvest (Riinvest College), Riinvest International, and kosovodata.com. During this time, they held roles such as Private Sector Development Consultant, National Coordinator for Evaluation Component, Data Analyst, Research Consultant, Project Management, Executive Director, Lecturer of Statistics, Lecturer of Statistics and Business Intelligence, Mentor and Entrepreneur Coach for the Start Up Incubator, and Head of Economics Department. In 2019, they also worked as a Revenue Manager at Four Points by Sheraton. Most recently, they have been working as a Revenue and Data Analyst at Radix since 2022.

Endrit Pllashniku completed a Graduate Data Science Certificate from the Harvard Extension School in 2018, a M.A in Economics (with focus in Development) from Vanderbilt University between 2013 and 2015, a BSc in Economics and Public Policy from Rochester Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2012, and was a Open Society Foundations Scholar at George Mason University in 2010-2011. Endrit also holds a Data Science and Data Engineering Certificate from Data Science Dojo obtained in May 2017, as well as a Certificate in College Teaching from the Center for Teaching at Vanderbilt University.
