Prabhangi Rathore

Prabhangi Rathore has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Prabhangi started their career as a Management Trainee at Ace Recruitment & Placement Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in September 2013, where they gained experience in manpower recruitment, staffing, and HR services. Prabhangi later transitioned to the role of Associate Consultant within the same company.

In 2014, Prabhangi joined IMS one world as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in global recruitment in Africa and the Middle East. Prabhangi worked with a team of recruitment professionals and successfully met industry and country-specific requirements.

Prabhangi then joined OpenXcell Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. in 2015 as an HR Expert, where they contributed to web and mobile app development by leveraging new technologies such as Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence.

In 2017, they joined Softweb Solutions Inc. as an HR Executive, where they focused on delivering best-of-breed AI software for IoT applications and digital transformation to enterprises.

Most recently, Prabhangi joined Radixweb in 2020, assuming the role of Senior Human Resources Specialist and further progressing to the position of Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition in 2022. Radixweb is a leading software development company with a global presence, offering challenging projects, standardized processes, and a fun work culture.

Throughout their career, Prabhangi has developed expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement. Prabhangi has worked with diverse teams, gained experience in the latest technologies, and demonstrated strong commitment and dedication to their roles.

Prabhangi Rathore completed their education as follows:

- From 2011 to 2013, they attended Manipal Institute Of Management and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.

- From 2008 to 2011, they studied at the Department Of Commerce (Manipal University) and received a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree with a specialization in e-Banking and Finance.

- It is unknown when Prabhangi attended Kendriya Vidyalaya or if they obtained any degree or field of study from there.
