Ruth Townsend Colbus

Ruth Townsend Colbus has over 26 years of work experience, starting as Director of Sales and Marketing at Marriott International in 1995. Ruth progressed through various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Revenue Strategy, Market Revenue Management Leader, Sr. Director of Revenue Management Ops Support, and most recently, Director of Loyalty and Revenue Management Operations Support for the Americas. In 2021, they transitioned to RadNet as the Director of Workforce Management, focusing on workforce optimization strategy, productivity, and performance monitoring in the Contact Center.

Ruth Townsend Colbus obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, graduating in 1987.
