Hubert Gebala

Hubert Gebala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at RADPOL S.A. since August 2019, Hubert has also been a Partner at Tar Heel Capital Private Equity since March 2013. Previous roles include membership on supervisory boards for Transsystem SA, Rockfin Sp. z o.o., and Dobrowolski Ltd. Hubert's expertise encompasses M&A advisory, valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence, supported by a Master’s degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and experience as an investment banking trainee analyst at Trigon. Additionally, Hubert has international exposure from an exchange program at the University of Groningen and has contributed as an intern in KPMG's Transaction Services Department.
