Dr. Michelle Goldbach

Dr. Michelle Goldbach, DNP, MHA, RN, NEA-BC, currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego since March 2022. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, Dr. Goldbach previously held the position of Executive Director of Clinical Services at Kindred Hospice in San Diego and has held multiple roles at The Elizabeth Hospice, including Director of Palliative Care and Pediatrics. As an adjunct faculty member at both National University and Oklahoma University, Dr. Goldbach contributed to nursing education. Additionally, leadership experience includes serving as the SD chapter President of the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine and founding Path For Healthy Living, a health and wellness resource network. Dr. Goldbach's educational background includes a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Oregon Health & Science University and a Master's in Health Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
