Quality Improvement Advisor, Transforming Mental Health Initiative at Rady Children's Hospital

Jennifer Zubyk is currently serving as a Quality Improvement Advisor for the Transforming Mental Health Initiative at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, focusing on improving mental health services for children and youth. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the ACGME Residency Program Administrator in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at UC San Diego, where responsibilities included coordinating the residency program for aspiring orthopaedic surgeons. Additionally, Jennifer served as a Senior Program Coordinator in the Department of Psychiatry, overseeing program development and project management. Previous experience includes managing workforce services at Catholic Charities Fort Worth, providing employment case management for refugees, and engaging in educational roles. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from the University of Notre Dame and has completed other educational programs at North Carolina State University and in Athens, Greece.
