Morgan Tupper

Morgan Tupper currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Initiatives in External Affairs at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Morgan held multiple roles at UC San Diego Health from February 2016 to June 2022, including Executive Director and Chief of Staff for Neurological Surgery, and Chief of Staff to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Health Sciences Advancement. Prior experience includes positions at First Republic Bank, Columbia University Medical Center, giggle, and Rafanelli Events, with a focus on marketing, business development, donor relations, and event management. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Southern California between 1999 and 2003 and attended Xavier College Preparatory.
