Brad Marshall

Brad Marshall has a strong background in HVAC design, manufacturing, sales, and application. Brad started their career as a Sales Engineering Manager at WEBCO in 1987 and stayed there until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Arizon Companies. Brad then joined RAE Corporation in 2010 as a Business Development Manager for RAE Coils and OEM Equipment until 2015. After a brief stint at Fields Mechanical Systems as a Sales Engineer from 2015 to 2017, they returned to RAE Corporation as the Director of New Business in 2017. In this position, they pursued business opportunities for multiple divisions of RAE Corporation, including RAE Coils, Technical Systems, and OEM accounts.

Brad Marshall attended Missouri State University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Mechanical Design.
