Lara Benjamens

Lara Benjamens is a Senior HR-Analytics Consultant at Raet since January 2009, focusing on analyzing and developing management reporting systems using various tools such as Impromptu, Powerplay, and Transformer, as well as SQL and Microsoft Reporting Services. Prior to this role, Lara worked as a Freelance Consultant from 2005 to 2009, assisting PCM Uitgevers with the implementation of a Central Personnel Administration and creating management reports with Cognos Impromptu. Lara's career began at LogicaCMG from 1997 to 2005 as a Consultant for personnel and payroll systems, where project leadership, training, and system customization were key responsibilities. Lara holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Sciences from Tilburg University, completed in 1994.
