David Polinsky

David Polinsky has extensive experience working in finance and leadership roles. David is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff at Rafael Holdings, Inc., a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Rafael Holdings from December 2017 to September 2021. Before joining Rafael Holdings, David was a Co-Founder, President, and General Counsel at Rafael Pharmaceuticals from March 2002 to March 2018.

David Polinsky obtained a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Fordham University School of Law, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech and Communications at Yeshiva University from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, David has also acquired certifications such as "Blockchain in Business" from Columbia Business School Executive Education in January 2022 and "Mastering Negotiation and Influence" from MIT Sloan School of Management in October 2021. David also holds an Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute.
