Adam Royall has worked in the tech industry since 2005. Adam began their career at Apple, Inc. as a Consumer Technical Support Rep in 2005. Adam then held two roles at Apple, Inc., Worldwide Customer Support Engineer and Enterprise Technical Support, from 2008 to 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at MobileIron/Ivanti as a Senior Product Support Engineer and Sr Support Engineer. In 2021, they moved to Qualys as a Senior Support Engineer and is currently employed at Rafay as a Senior Product Support Engineer.
