Abigail Zhang

Ms. Zhang has 15+ years of experience in providing investments and advisory services to Chinese companies seeking overseas listing and fund raising. She has worked closely with a wide range of international financial- and regulation-related institutions to prepare companies for IPO, RTO and M&A activities. Ms. Zhang’s past clients were in several major industries including bio-technology, pharmaceutical, energy, mining, real estate and consulting.

In 2010, Ms. Zhang led a fund-raising process for an energy company in Yunnan and Qinhuangdao and got the firm successfully listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in April 2012. She subsequently served as the company’s executive director until September 2014. Later in 2018, Ms. Zhang secured the collaboration and white-labelling of Exante.eu, a platform with 88,000 investment instruments that provides a round-the-clock one-stop investment portal for investors.

Ms. Zhang has also served as a board member and executive director of several public companies and financial institutions including Raffles Capital Ltd., Wealth Institute, Asia AgriTech Fund, Asia Angel Investors Foundation, China Pre-IPO Equities Fund and MFund.
