Martha Njoroge

Martha Njoroge has extensive experience in the banking and microfinance sectors, currently serving as an A.R.M. in Business Banking at Rafiki Microfinance Bank since August 2015. Prior to this role, Martha has held multiple positions at Equity Bank Kenya Ltd, including Assistant Relationship Manager for SMEs, SME Officer, and Microcredit Officer, beginning in August 2010. Martha also gained experience as a Sales Executive at Barclays Bank for a brief period in 2010. Academically, Martha Njoroge holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Maseno University (2002-2006). Early education includes completion of high school at Kagwe Girls High School (1997-2000).
