Shay Kadar

Shay Kadar is an experienced professional currently serving as Director of Field and Automation at Raft Technologies since July 2018, previously holding the role of Field and Networking Manager. Responsibilities include project management for site planning and maintenance, coordination of networking implementations, development of training materials, and management of overseas project managers and technical support engineers. Prior to Raft Technologies, Shay managed customer support teams at Airspan Networks from June 2007 to February 2018 and held positions as a Senior Customer Service Engineer and Customer Service Manager, showcasing expertise in communications equipment. Earlier experience includes working at Marconi as a Customer Service Engineer and at Orbotech as an IT Manager.
