Meissa Dia has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Meissa started their career at Santa Clara University in 2001, where they served as a Media Services employee, handling presentation staging and inventory management. In 2005, they joined Apple as a Senior IS&T Engineer, contributing to the release of the original iPhone and developing integration systems. Following their time at Apple, Meissa worked as a Contractor, where they gained experience in construction projects. Meissa then volunteered as a Caregiver, providing in-home assistance for their family for six surgeries. In 2015, Meissa became an Independent Full Stack Engineer, working on open-source software and leveraging various technologies such as React and Ruby. Meissa later joined BrightBytes as a Full Stack Engineer, where they translated wireframes into front-end components and developed integrated GraphQL resources. Currently, Meissa is working as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Raft, where they utilize their expertise to contribute to the company's projects.
