Tom Demint

Tom DeMint is a Principal Consultant at Raftelis since February 2022, bringing extensive experience from a long career in fire service and leadership. Previously, Tom served as Fire Chief and Strategic Plan Coordinator at Poudre Fire Authority from 1988 to June 2021, where Tom facilitated the development of the strategic plan. Additional experience includes roles as an instructor at FDIC and International Code Council, and involvement with the development team for To Hell and Back. Tom is also a member of Noonshiners and has pursued education in Public Administration at Regis University and is currently enrolled in the Executive Fire Officer program at the National Fire Academy, while studies at Washburn University are also noted.
